Gary Socha serves as President of 360 Benefit Solutions bringing 28 years of experience in the health and life insurance industry, with deep expertise in Medicare, Individual Health, Supplemental Insurance and agent distribution.

Over the course of his career, Gary has built and led high-performing organizations by combining comprehensive industry knowledge with a practical, agent-first mindset. He has worked closely with national and regional carriers, brokers, and agencies to develop compliant, sustainable growth strategies that create long-term value for both agents and clients.

As President, Gary oversees the company’s strategic direction, carrier relationships, and distribution expansion. He is particularly focused on empowering experienced agents through competitive compensation, operational support, and transparent leadership. His decades of hands-on experience allow him to understand the real-world challenges agents face—and to design solutions that drive success in today’s evolving insurance landscape.

Lindsey Mackey Wielgosz is Vice President of 360 Benefit Solutions, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the Medicare, health, and life insurance industry. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science, Lindsey began her career in medical sales before transitioning to the insurance side of the business—where she found her true professional calling.

Throughout her career, Lindsey has developed deep expertise in Medicare and has built and led high-performing organizations by pairing comprehensive industry knowledge with a practical, compliance-first mindset. She believes that doing things the right way—ethically, transparently, and in full compliance—is not only essential, but foundational to long-term success.

Lindsey is passionate about supporting both experienced agents and brokers as well as those new to the industry, with a particular focus on Medicare education, strategy, and sustainable growth. She is widely known for her integrity, clear communication style, and unwavering commitment to doing what’s right for clients and partners.

Allison Byrd Haley serves as the Director of Carrier Relations and Broker Manager at 360 Benefit Solutions, where she brings more than 30 years of experience in the medical field to her leadership role.

With deep industry knowledge and a strong commitment to service, she builds and maintains trusted partnerships with insurance carriers nationwide while guiding brokers and clients toward clear, confident health coverage decisions.
